Job Description*
|
To design
and operate system of collecting reliable and relevant information
from field surveys and to process the same for producing reports.
The job also involves preparing draft reports, interactions with client
organizations and qualitative research in the field. R.O. controls
the overall costs to make the project viable. He synchronizes all
the activities within Metric and the client's organisation to meet
stringent deadlines. Sr. Research officer is expected to substantially
contribute in development of new research models. Generally Sr. Research
officer handles all the tasks mentioned earlier and also acts as project
in-charge.Jr. Research officer assists Sr. R.O. as a team member and
is expected to resume independent responsibility. This is a permanent
